What type of process engineering are you interested in? If for example its HMS I may be able to list some companies that you may want to email a CV to and then you would I am guessing need to travel to Perth or Brisbane for interviews if selected.
THere are smaller companes like MFC run by Tony treasure that specialise in process engineering he may be a good contact and very personable.
just remember many ASX listed companeis have operations all over the world so you may want to research where the companies operations are if your main reason to work for an Australian company is the Australian lifestyle.
