Seems to be a great acquisition to span their data reach, and leverage AI and machine learning the provide a more holistic view of for athletes. Cross selling opportunities, and pay for the acquisition based on performance is also a plus, to keep the SMG team engaged into this project, and not jump ship and create another similar company...
