The reason they dropped are many but fundamentally (in my opinion) its on trust because the information they provide is nearly always "muddy"
Lets take churn rate, the figure mentioned was 3.5% but what does this mean? based on a client list of 2500 teams, 3.5% churn rate is around 80 (subscription model) teams lost but in what context? are they playertek? Clearsky? GP Sports?, S5?
80 subscription model teams is a large number to lose particularly if they are the bigger brand clients.
On this blog these have been discussed many times, Brazil federation, US Soccer, PSG, Chinese FA etc... None of these are small brands
I unfortunately believe a CR is a near certainty because they need to buy and take out competitors.
