All I took out of that article (aside from a coach who has likely been on StatSport kickbacks for a while given his StatSport promo ads over the last year or so on his twitter feed) is that StatSports has a Sydney Office - i.e. employees, leasing property, AUD revenues and expenses, bank accounts etc

So they should be registered - but I can't see anywhere that they are.... Currently, at this very moment, the StatSports name is available on ASIC for registration to anyone! Nothing on their website about an AU office either...

Also, while I was on there, I decided to check out the "STATSports US HQ" on 332 S Michigan Ave, 9th Floor... Imagine, for a fast growing company that recently landed a "landmark $1b" US soccer deal, their HQ is a WeWork desk... StatSports US HQ

Now, how is that for being misleading...
