Ah no, i'm not on anyone's payroll - merely a small CAT shareholder.
I understand your frustration with CAT's history. But many would have argued CAT was overvalued at $4 back then (hindsight is a beautiful thing though).
When CAT was $4 [which lasted what like 1 week?], mid-2016, market cap was ~615m and it recorded 10.3m in revenues, Price/revenue of ~60 times.... Very high... So I guess the question is what was your logic in buying it around that time? Were you misinformed by management in any way? Did you have very high expectations?
