OddMonkey - Hope it's not the latter as the same Board is now selecting the next CEO & their fourth CFO.
Any new CEO & CFO should be asking for clarity of many compliance issues & clear guidelines as to who runs the company on a day to day basis - because we have seen how the market reacted to the loss of their initial management team, coupled with the continuance of large losses and the admission that the company is not expecting to be FCF positive for several years - wasn't pretty.
