Galan owns Candelas which has plenty of water available. If, and it’s an if, they decide to go the Lico3 route, then trucking the LiCl from HMW to candelas would be pretty minor in the scheme.
I haven’t gone deep into the calcs, but looking in roughly it doesn’t seem the extra capex and opex to produce Lico3 is justified by the extra $/T sell price, but that’s another topic.
