Ultimately it will all depend on what capacity/availability is at the target port; there's no guarantee they can access capacity (this is often a constraint of resource projects that gets overlooked by the average punter). If they decided to stay in country and use a major port like Buenos Aires, it'd need to be trucked some distance to a TLO then railed. I don't recall seeing anything in the DFS stage 1 about this, as it is entirely dependent on the export license and per JP's last comment, Catamarca was 50/50 in this. But it's definitely worth considering the logistics/costs, it does get overlooked.

Yeah agree and even if it is the closest port 700km away, a large truck can carry what 40-50t? Even at 250-300 days of the year that is a lot of trucking and I'm not aware of any rail available

I hadnt really thought about until i saw it online elsewhere mentioned, now its the thing I think about most. Was interested to see if anyone on here had thought about it or heard the plan to address
