    Plus please remember this bid did not happen over night or on impulse don’t you reckon CYL’s lawyers Gilbert and Tobin (once VAN’s lawyers) would have thoroughly analysed the impact on all legal aspects of VAN’s finance and litigation during their due diligence period ? This is an UNCONDITIONAL BID! not that this matters to you as you don’t hold SGI, VAN, ZAG or CYL script!
