Still very bullish for cyl to pay off van convertible with cash earned from plutonic and Henty gold mine operations...So mutual fund didn't need to short van common, and preferred outcome for mutual fund was getting hold of 52 marymia tenements, which secured convert as collateral. Sorry Charlie, no marymia tenements for you!
