Shareholders demand large dividend now. Cyl got 2 gold mines with mills running at less than 30% capacity at lower gold price than now and cyl paid off $28mm in debt in last 12 months. There is plenty of cash flow in 2025 to lease finance new equipment fleet etc and start to paying 3cent quarterly dividend to shareholders, i.e.$28mm in 2025. Homestake made capital investments in their mine assets during the 1930s and made shareholders rich through big dividends and big capital gains on appreciated homestake shares.
