You have to understand that the high grade of SPR is a hell of a lot easier to mine than ours.Their AISC for NN will be around $1500oz, maybe less.
Plant only around 6 years old as well and has been kept in the best condition possible on C&A at $11million a year cost.
Not only that the tax credits add up to about $80million for memory for SPR.
Many different synergies BETWEEN THE TWO COMPANIES, but in saying that I do believe we are still very under valued at the moment and can see $2.50 plus as a no brainer in the near future.
