Kyle,they have not got the concessions,that is the issue,emerger8 is correct with his comments,however CG is supposed to be Aust. representative and was getting Bishop to assist with this problem,what was the outcome?CG has made it clear that the problem was New Government however decision was imminent,well this is similar to most of what CG says,all B.S.
