Lol you seem to comment on everything you missed the boat on. This deal is very good for a number of reasons especially getting them across all sets of sports analysis (making them a big fish now) and the big one targeting semi pro sports people!
The synergies will not crash the share price so dont spruik bs here.
My recommendation buy on the short term share price retrace when market opens friday and hold until this hits $10 end of 2018
