You guys realise that a "price sensitive announcement" is one that puts the shares into a trading halt? i.e. to ensure everyone has ample time to digest the announcement and determine what they want to do.... we are talking about M&A, takeovers, rights issues etc.
Under ASX listing rules, major contracts wins that materially impact revenue should be announced. However, it's not something that requires the stock to be put into a trading halt
