The mining licence application was lodged by AVZ in May 2021.
The deadlines of November and Feb 2022 are in relation to the
deal between AVZ and CATH, subject to the mining licence being signed off.
This deal was announced on 27/09/21.
There has never been a deadline for the mining licence, it’s purely subject to DRC Government when they
get around to it.
