Ann: CATH Transaction Extension of End Date, page-17

It’s bit frustrating but we have to understand the situation and sequence of events here. Since the last extension with CATH we received the TFO which is a very critical step to cross for getting the ML. The ML is now on ministers desk awaiting approval. The mining minister was busy second half of last month with promoting DRC battery value chain. When she returns to office I guess her priority task would be to sign off the ML. I am confident that this ML will be sorted out this month.
