The " proof of concept" I am assuming is that the the feeder system runs thru the big boys leases and into LKE as well, nearology play, if the results and grades prove this then SQM / ORE will be licking their lips, whether or not it plays out via a chq book is way too early to tell, cant imagine what it would be worth to LKE but it wont be chump change.
