"67 buyers for 6,153,365 units" This is a 2 million turnaround from last night's close and buyers are taking the higher offers. Anticipation of next ann now surpassing tax factors and ann "fears".
Will sellers also change their tune after EOFY, IMO, the major reason why they would be selling with those anns on the horizon??
