Yeah they have . They got a licence to mine in record time (you try and do that in Mozambique ) , got an international team in there , mapped it , and then got the stuff out of the ground (also not that easy in Mozambique). Obviously they totally failed with the auction and subsequent management of the situation - but they did actually manage quite a lot , and they can get stuff out of the ground , it's what they do best.
