From what I have read MYS/ NXE plan to get as pilot plant onsite and working next year. The good thing about this (one assumes) is that a small scale plant will allow them to process a reasonable amount of material and use the results as a convincing basis from which to find funding for the construction of a full size, large scale plant later down the track. They have no electricity on site - so I am going to say they do some magnetic separation on site to create a concentrate - and then will do the roasting off site . Maybe once they get the large scale plant they will use coal or maybe even LPG (which is coming online in Moz) to roast on site...
