If you read into the twitter announcements that next two phase financing encompasses pilot plant and off take agreement (all off take agreements are only worth anything once the clause of a base level of production has been achieved - the amount of them announced in here without pilot production timelines and people jumping all over the place is scary) are actively being considered as a single set of investment, then yes, there exists a possibility of getting sharked out of material gains for a good amount of time. I would believe that BO is doing well on consideration of this point, but then the board would have to work to that timeline and not convenience of time. November is always a great month for HK/China deal making so am looking forward to the play being negotiated out and structured. Which side has the time on their side?
