I don't know. I'd expect it to come from a single investor or company if it does.
Moving away from the ruby side of things would probably benefit the possibility of raising cash imo. It was obvious with the quality of stones they were coming up with it would have taken alot to make it profitable... With that now out of the way and sitting on solid ground will see.
