Moving away from the ruby side of things would probably benefit the possibility of raising cash imo. It was obvious with the quality of stones they were coming up with it would have taken alot to make it profitable... With that now out of the way and sitting on solid ground will see.

Im guessing a Chinese investor. They are the people who are most comfortable investing in Africa and its craziness. . They've got it all sorted out over there.
