    Probably news of an investor/ some funding for the 1st stage of the plant.... ( They only want 10 M ) .... or maybe even a JV (but I expect this to come once they have the pilot plant up and some actual results mid next year) . I see from twitter that they're in discussions currently and one takes it from the picture that they're maybe  in/ involved with  Hong Kong or China ? ( or maybe I'm being hopeful )
