    What ever reason the market is going down, but vanadium  price is going up. And industry needs vadnadium and supply side has been faced destruction in china. Share price going down since Ruby failed to commercialise. But since the price of share has been going down there is not sell side from institutional investors. All are retailers. Do not forget management hold 7 percent.
