Private banks are expected to generate returns for their shareholders! It's not their role to hold the hand of consumers! Are Australia's politicians and Government agencies so incompetent they can't look after the welfare of dumb consumers? Why is this a problem for a private bank? Get your act together Australia, stop comming after the private sector and go after the politicians that keep getting pay rises despite failing to meet expectations!
