It’s ironically the incumbent CEO’s role to try to right the CBA’s serious misdeeds exposed in the Royal Commission including those wrongs as whistleblower he dobbed on Ian Narev.
At the culpable time prior to the RC Ian told Matt “…temper your sense of justice.” The status quo followed except Matt replaced Ian as CEO.
Perhaps we’ll be given soon by CBA or Matt (given his brand recovery and ‘sorry’ role) or by the regulator the long overdue explanation of what the consequences and/or penalties have been for those responsible for the serious misconduct and breaches that the RC found abhorrent.
