why are you so obsessed with Nathan Albanese and his role at CBA?
you can tell you have a very limited idea of the internal workings of an organisation of this size - if you think they're never trying to improve or get the resources balanced right you're delusional. more so, if you could do a better job maybe you could join the team? more so - maybe don't believe everything you read on the internet.
the only reason CBA would be broken up is because of its sheer scale and its inability to pivot quickly to changing demands etc. which I can't see it happening, at all.
