Hey Siren4, that was truely wrong and guess what it cost CBA $700 million dollars. I am of the opinion that like all criminals the crime should be addressed and heads need to roll.
But the long and short of these crimes were automated systems that were unable to pickup these issues. So yes stick it to all CEO,s but don’t talk about breaking up a Successful Australian business.
