it seems to me its only a sucessful.l business in terms of profit ,but its realy is robin hood in reverse on a grand scale and govt has basically approved of this ,isnt it odd how a robber of a bank might get 5-10 yrs but a bank manager robbing a customer wont even much if at all wanna be known about.
