The penalty next time is likely to be far higher than $700 million AUD Federal Court Judgement penalty like last time in 2018.
The AUSTRAC/ Federal Court penalty in future might be many more billions and the provisions in the CBA accounts appear to be woefully inadequate for such a Judgement/ penalty.
