Yes, for sure, both the CEO and all those backroom IT executives who are responsible for yet another burden on their loyal customers. Which bank is this, of course the CBA, once the peoples bank. The same bank who at its very recent AGM awarded themselves another load of remuneration and bonuses, the CEO's aggregate remuneration is at or around $10m. For the majors, back to the future, never ending scandals, poor customer service, 1980's systems and digital reporting, inverse to the executive remuneration.
Perhaps it is timely for the Federal Govt to consider the review of these banking licenses?
