Great post, CbrMaroon, another fantastic sizing up of the situation, the CBA Board is lightweight and ill equipped for all the troubles that await them in America with the new Administration's focus on preventing fraud, corruption, bribery, money laundering (improving FINCEN), malpractise, misconduct, and poor ethical standards. How will they combat the new proposed Federal Agency that will not only go after Wall Street banks but also foreign banks like CBA?
What has the DoJ ever done to stop the Wall Street banks, Pizzagate, Whitewater, the Monica Lewinsky scandal, insurance fraud, Hillary Clinton?
Can you see Matt Gaetz as Federal AG dealing with the bad Wall Street banks and other companies like those in Australia especially when it comes to the work of the proposed Federal Agency against fraud, corruption, malpractise, bribery, misconduct and poor ethical practises:
I think Matt Gaetz will just have the DoJ and stop the weaponization of Australian corporates against the people down there so watch out not only CBA but some that may bank with CBA.

Bendigo and Adelaide Bank?
It will be like Australian corporates all striking Mt Erebus and then trying to cover it up. ASB folk down in Auckland working with CBA will well remember that.
Matt will stop all this fraud, corruption, malpractise, bribery, misconduct and poor ethical practises with his new Federal agency.
Watch out CBA.
