CBA and the other Big 4 banks need to also think about the ongoing threats to Australian (and Canadian) economies caused by their uneconomical pursuite of recession, poor defense and poor immigration practices, including thwarting the geopolitical threat from Xitler and the Beijing regime thru PNG.
CBA and the others should be forced to finance Australia's interests in PNG to avoid Xitler takeover. If they don't, CBA and the other banks will lose all their capital as Australia alike Canada won't be a country any more.
Australia and Canada either become much stronger economically, financially and in defense, or they become the 51st and 52nd states of America or they are given to Xitler and the Beijing regime.
As Matt Comyn says Australia is coming apart, and if something is not done quickly economically, financially and geopolitically, including support of the economy of PNG against Xitler's interests, Australia (and Canada) will not survive the next 4, 8 or perhaps if they are lucky, 12 years.
CBA must be forced to support Australia, PNG and Canada or a break up or renationalization of lending should be put on the table.
