    I remember you and our interesting discussions on CBA @Un1qu3Nam3 the first ones nearly 7 years ago 2018 - Post #:33079783 . Renters (and stock Renters) will never understand owning for Compound Accretion. If you have to borrow a roof over your head (or stock) then you can only really afford to be in for pips, you are in no position to enjoy Compound Accretion.

    If you bought CBA in 2018 during our initial discussions and kept holding (instead of shorting at $70.65) you would be up 118% at todays price of $154.69. A lot more in fact divvy and franking included. That would be worth boasting about.

    I'm curious how your mortgage cliff short position ended?
