Why does everyone keep saying the 700mil is less then everyone thought. When in fact they only put aside 350m so this amount is actual double to what I anticipated. Now you need to remember that a lot of holders are elederly and they take a few days to sell there shares as they are bit slower and need to find their SRN number in the shoe box under the bed. Give a few days the market makers cant carry this for much longer .
With lending to tighten no doubt and house prices showing first signs of a pull back in 5 years interesting times ahead.
