    you have failed to distinguish between the losses UBS made by badly investing OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY ( mostly super fund customers ) and the super-profits they will make investing THEIR OWN money.

    The arrangements in australia for distinguishing between the two are woefully inadequate.
