Incorrect the penalty unit is now $210 meaning $21 million per contravention
Everyone is quoting the old penalty unit rate of $18 which is why people have the figure incorrect
At a minimum this is going to be a $100 million fine on top of legal fees & costs
Overall maybe CBA will be lucky if they can keep it to around a $250 million in total
Any shareholders supporting payment of executives bonuses needs to take a good long look at themselves
