Whilst this is not a good look, this happens regularly with many of the world big banks, I mean where are the crooks supposed to take their money? Bitcoin and tax havens also need a mechanism, you'd have to be wet behind the ears if this has come as a big surprise.
It is only that we are shielded from the real workings of our so called government/financial systems.
The bottom line is this bank is 'TOO BIG TO FAIL' remember? They will get a fine it will be akin to a wrap on knuckles. Earnings report due out Wednesday, SP will rally - all will be forgotten.
