I was thinking that with the onset of the carbon tax in about 9 months that the 'surplus' would be wiped and the price would increase to closer to $40.

On reflection thid thinking might be a bit cock-eyed. I will need to think it through.

Have you any views on the effect of the the carbon tax on the price of STC / RECs?
