Having sold down substantially over the last 6 months, I bought a small amount today at 3c. Not sure of why. The 'not a going concern' mentions in the directors' and auditor's reports are not a good look. There are lots of promises, but there are always (unfulfilled) promises with CBD. The accounts look much more thorough and detailed - maybe they are changing after all.
Time will tell.
