but i really like these announcements which does really well to balance the bad with the good... the company new direction/strategy is a clear winner IMO

Stockcount, the merger is def going ahead, maybe you have confused "Board changes to follow merger with Westinghouse Solar and to coincide with NASDAQ listing"... there's no more consideration happening, it's on!
