i just went and had a look at the spray drying facility, seems that some scaffold has come down, unfinished windows have been boarded up. It actually looks like somebody cares about the project or its getting ready to be sold. My heart goes out to the construction mob that never got paid for this sham. i have written off anything i put into WHA, not holding my breath, if it relisted so i could remove it from my portfolio i would be happy.
