    re: Ann: PEM: CBH not proceeding with Perilya... Not very impressive. You would think that going for PEM for the 2nd time they would know what they were doing. Apparently not. I guess that this has been a very costly exercise in terms of direct (lawyers, management time, etc.) and indirect (lack of focus on current operations) costs.
