Well "EXR long termers". This last ANN represents some very good news and in my opinion also a turning point. The management team have reacted in the most prudent possible way to the drilling problems encountered. That's not to say there won't be more problems as this geology is new and uncharted and for each and every problem a further learning curve develops. The cost of drilling (albeit with some evidently very average equipment) has been modest and we must respect that with comparatively modest expenditure an awful lot of drilling has been accomplished to date. With better equipment and crews it may have happened faster but at a much greater cost. This is why it's a turning point - when it really matters and time is certainly now of the essence, management has applied a new strategy with better equipment and quite necessarily so. Despite the priority of CBM, the company have cleverly acquired an Australian gas resource that will be turning gas to cash in the medium term - supplementing revenue. The company has further bolstered its position with the Hydrogen program and proving of water resources. Solar, wind and gas turbine generated electricity will all be there to split the H2 from the water and there is a never ending demand for electricity to be put straight into the grid for instant revenue and these are all happening projects. The icing on the cake is a partnership with SoftBank - one of Japan's biggest companies !!!! Hold your shares in this one for some real rewards. The SP has held its own in a pretty torrid market and will steadily rise in direct correlation with EXR's steadily increasing Contingent Resource and corporate value. Watch this space in 2022 for the return of a 50 cent SP.
