@Wonkers do you subscribe to his news letter? Some here do. I have for the past ten years and he put me onto EXR. It is just but only one part of my research. Here is a snip of his latest issue page 1.
If you want more info you will have to subscribe or wait 12 months until it becomes a free download.
I do not share his bullishness for reasons at the present time, some of which that I have laid to questions in previous posts.
I think for me it is worth the subscription, but that, again, is an individual choice.
