Frustrating indeed.......I feel for those buying at 36c CR, and points higher (like 41c)...in fact anything higher than the 14c we sit at, given todays news.
And as you say- we are significantly further along the de-risking path now than we were back then.
No amount of fluff or shiny PR power point jazz from EXR will help....nor a NI pump....and nor should it.
The market decrees where we sit.....and currently, we're out of favour in lieu of EV materials etc.
Maybe people have finally started to reconcile just how risky, slow, boring and dull gas exploration is.....we are the unloved.....and can see better/faster returns elsewhere.....opportunity cost speaks volumes.
Easy for me to say hang in there and be patient, buy more like I am, etc etc.....
