Well-- I had a vision -
- where I was stuck with a Parcel of shares , that I purchased in an attempt to make a Very Quick buck..
when the hype around the announcement didn't bring Instant wealth as I had hoped , I began to watch my Paper Losses appear , as the share price tumbled, to less then half of what I paid... .

I did some research, and realizing NO Speculative stock comes with a Guarantee of success and profit, -- noticed that the company had a Good Management Team, ( who had been successful in the Past.
They had a plan.
As Opportunities appeared - that could be Money Makers for the Company -- they picked out Two and again -- formed a Plan.
As the Plan developed and mile stones were reached - the speculative stock began to De-risk to a level where I felt more at ease.

The share price, continued to slump as SELLERs , who had Decided to Sell , for what ever their Individual reasons may be-- requirement of Funds elsewhere, time frame greater then originally expected, need for cash to Invest in other Opportunities, -- unplanned expenses, -- Mortgage increases due to Interest rates increasing -- who knows , but each has a right to Sell their own shares.

As I like the way the company is going , I decide to Double Down and accumulate MORE Shares at half my original Buy in price...
so I have now Doubled my Holdings at an average price of 75% of what I was More than Happy to pay -- when I first bought in.

I decide to hold now for take over.... Or if I do need the cash (for any reason in the future) I only NEED the share price to increase to 75% of my Original Buy in Price to break even.

SELLRS and what they are prepared to accept for their shares -- determine the Share Price..
