I find it really interesting that if you were following EXR to any extent you surely must recognise the absolute significance of where we are right now.

We are at the tipping point.....and we'll know about it within a mere few months, maybe earlier....but let's assume we take the full 6 months to pilot Nomgon- putting us into May or thereabouts....A mere 2-3 months to wait, for an outcome that has been 12 years in the making.

So...if you look back at the total Nomgon journey....and say you totally ignore all the precursory work and effort in the period of 2011 to late 2019, to arrive at Nomgon-1 spudding on 16th January 2020.

Even if you just look at the 3 year period till this point, since we first started drilling Nomgon....it's a mere 3 months to wait, for something that initiated 36 months ago.

Within the next few months, we'll see THE catalyst for EXR's future (we hope it's rosy, but it well could be shite....but it seems we are increasingly de-risking the prospect of non commerciality at Nomgon....but nothing is guaranteed).

WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU BE SELLING NOW?
